As you know, Ajisen Ramen is a international franchise that has been in Adelaide for quite a number of years now. The Regent Arcade store is the second to open in Adelaide. Located right in the centre of the arcade, it’s roughly the same size as the Leigh Street store.

Today, I ordered the Beef Enoki. The dish was ready 10 minutes after ordering and was average in presentation. The enoki mushrooms were a bit dry and the beef was over cooked. The sauce that it came in was delicious and definitely gave it more depth.

The staff were friendly and the service was good. The atmosphere was relaxed and the pricing is on par with their other store. The Beef Enoki set me back $7 which is about what it was worth.

They’re really more well known for their ramen, but their other dishes aren’t too bad either.
