Ever notice that there is always a long line of people waiting for burgers outside the Burger Theory van? That’s because their burgers are one of the best in Adelaide! The smell of beef patties on the grill just draws you in and it’s very hard not to open your wallet and buy one. I’ve had their burgers before, but every time I have one, it further emphasises why their burgers are so good.

Today I had the burger with the Crispy Pancetta, onion Confit and Adelaide Blue Cheese. The Angus beef patty was cooked to perfection and of a decent size. The pancetta, onion and blue cheese all worked in harmony to what could be described as a life changing experience with every bite. Unlike other burger joints the bun wasn’t even oily. The burger was delicious and I couldn’t help wanting more.

Burger Theory make great burgers and I personally recommend everyone go try one.
