One of the wonderful things about Melbourne are the small shops and eateries hidden in their laneways. While wandering through the small side streets to see what I could find, I was approached by a waitress trying to offer me breakfast. Sold on the reasonable pricing, I made my way into the cafe.
For breakfast, I ordered the French Toast. The meal was ready after a 15 minute wait and was average in presentation. French Toast should ideally be browned and crispy on the outside, and creamy in the centre. My French Toast was soft and soggy and it lacked the rich custard flavour I was looking for. It was nice and buttery and the raspberries and berries did add a natural sweetness to the dish.

The staff were friendly and the service was good. The atmosphere was relaxed and the pricing was reasonable. The meal unfortunately, was average.
