Chef Lai Noodle Bar isn’t in the most obvious of locations. The place is located towards the end of a side street opposite the Thuan Phat Asian grocery. The decor is basic with cafe style furnishings and ceramic tiles. The orange walls do match the tables so I’ll give them some credit for colour coordination….
