The ever so popular Instagram account Adelaide Food Bloggers has officially launched their first ever website, celebrating going live with a launch party at White Picket Coffee House.
Owner and founder Gemma-Marie Corti originally established the Instagram account in 2013 as simply a hobby to document her and a friend’s “obsession with food and eating out in Adelaide”.
“We have developed a household name amongst Adelaide Instagrammers and Facebook users alike and are confident that we find the best spots to eat out, provide menu and event consulting [and] find the newest products for eating…” Ms Corti said in a statement from the Adelaide Food Bloggers website.
Since it’s conception, the Adelaide Food Bloggers team has since grown to include 2IC Elena Dancea, “brunch babes” Jess Varricchio, Tess Michelon and Latisha Kattis, Gemma’s partner George Batzavalis and even her aunties and mother Silvana Michael who attend events on her behalf.
Designed by South Australian web developers Votum Online, the Adelaide Food Bloggers website showcases a comprehensive ‘Eat List’ covering all Adelaide suburbs, as well as a list of services ranging from social media management to event planning.
Adelaide Food Central were invited to help celebrate Adelaide Food Bloggers website going live with an evening of grazing platters, cocktails and pizza at White Picket Coffee House in Dulwich.
The inside of White Picket Coffee House was decked with an intricately decorated sweet and savoury grazing platter jointly created by Sugar is Life, The Brownie Box and The Grazing Box.
Behind the white picket fence lay an alfresco dining area which had been turned into a bohemian paradise with wooden pallet tables and a flower wall by T&S Hire, as well as floral arrangements by Blossom Box Co. and Mila Rose Blooms.
Along with appetisers such as arancini balls and sliders, local mobile wood oven catering company Pizze in Giro were also serving up their well-renowned traditional Napoletana style pizzas.
Guests also received a goodie bag to take home, which included a souvenir coaster and magnet by The Little Laser Co, as well as discount vouchers for several local businesses ranging from The Grazing Box to Proactiv Digital.
Congratulations to the team at Adelaide Food Bloggers on the launch of their website and for hosting such an impeccably planned and successful event!
