After the recent impressive MiMi brunch menu, we were back for lunch.
MiMi Rice Bowl
The rice bowl is customisable giving the customer three choices of protein; fried chicken, grilled pork belly or vegetarian fried tofu. The dish is colourful with carrot, edamame beans, pickled cauliflower, lettuce, purple cabbage and watermelon radish. Underneath all the vegetables is rice to help fill you up. The star of the show is the pork belly which is similar to porchetta. It’s crispy, crunchy and juicy, and will leave you wanting more.
Tangy and Spicy Fried Chicken
Who doesn’t love fried chicken? Lightly battered and fried, the morsels of chicken are cooked to perfection. Add some salad and now you have a well balanced meal!
The name of this dish makes it sound spicy, but that it is not. The strips of sirloin steak are cooked to perfection and the meat is so tender, it falls apart in your mouth. The dressing is made up of palm sugar, fish sauce and lime juice.
Thai’s Favourite Somtum Salad
There’s nothing like a refreshing Thai salad. With all the classic ingredients, there is a combination of carrot, broad beans and cherry tomatoes. The nuts add a nice crunchy texture, while the hint of chilli will add excitement to your day.
Satay Chicken Burger
There needs to be a burger on every menu and this is theirs! Juicy chicken breast is coated with a satay sauce and wedged between two soft brioche buns. Add some tomato, lettuce and cucumber, and your burger is served!
