Coffylosophy came highly recommended from a friend and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Just from the name alone you would expect them to make good coffee, however, it’s not all they do. They have a range of teas, hot chocolates, iced drinks, fruit smoothies, fresh juices, sweet and savoury crepes, an all day breakfast menu and a lunch menu. The quaint little store is tastefully decorated with their unique bookcase wallpaper and polished concrete floors.

For lunch, I ordered the Shredded Beef Quesadilla. The meal came out after a 15 minute wait and was nicely presented. The beef was lean, tender, well marinated and full of flavour. The tomato salsa was fresh and the sauteed onion provided plenty of depth. The combination of ingredients worked perfectly together and the provided guacamole was simply icing on the cake. This was the best quesadilla I have ever had.

My friend had the Sundried Tomato and Prosciutto Wrap. I had a bit to try and thought it was just as impressive. The combination of sundried tomatoes and pesto were like a match made in heaven. The prosciutto added a bit of saltiness, but this was balanced by the rocket. Again, a very tasty dish.

The staff were friendly and the service was above average. The atmosphere was relaxed and the pricing was fair depending on what you got. The wraps and quesadillas were just under the $12 mark which was good considering their size and quality. The sandwiches can get close to the $15 mark which some may consider a bit pricey for two slices of bread.
We had an enjoyable and most pleasant experience at this place and won’t hesitate in returning. This place does everything right. Highly recommended.
